Giving something back is really important to us and as well as supplying sporting stars to work with local clubs and kids teams, we raise a lot of money for charities through auctions and raffles and by supplying memorabilia for charities to auction at their fundraising events.
Since the business started, we have worked with the likes of Wooden Spoon (Wales), The Bill McLaren Foundation, St David’s Hospice, Bobath Wales, Macmillan, Tŷ Hafan, The Garnwen Trust and the Velindre Cancer Centre and have raised in excess of £150,000.
Local Charity Partners
Going forward we would like to develop local partners for our events. For example, if we are running an event in Cardiff we will invite local charities to get in touch and tell us why we should support them. If you work with a charity you’d like to be considered as a local partner, please do get in touch.
Supporting your Charity’s Fundraising
If you’re a charity looking for speakers for your event, or need some advice on how to stage a fundraising evening then we can help. We also have a fantastic range of memorabilia and a sought after black book full of the finest names in sport and entertainment.
We supply marketing materials, press releases, and anything else you need to make the event a success. We can even come and run a silent auction for you at the event free of charge!
Fundraising is personal too
It’s not just the business that donates to worthy causes. One of our directors, Mark Shepherd, has previously successfully summited Mount Kilimanjaro and rode the Canadian Rockies in aid of the Velindre Cancer Centre raising over £20,000. Mark has also committed to the 2018 Velindre challenge, a gruelling 600km West Coast bike ride from San Francisco to LA.
